Terms and conditions of use and additional legal notices about the websites of Zürcher Kantonalbank.

By accessing the websites of Zürcher Kantonalbank (hereinafter referred to as the "ZKB websites") and the services, products information, opinions, documents, functions, etc. contained or described therein (hereinafter referred to as "information"), you declare that you have understood and accepted the terms and conditions of use. No orders

Zürcher Kantonalbank expressly declares that it is not obliged to accept orders, cancellations of orders or authorisations for business operations such as payment or stock market orders, blocking of accounts or credit cards, changes of address etc. via contact forms on the ZKB website. Electronic means of contact for specific services (such as order forms) on the ZKB websites as well as specific agreements between you and Zürcher Kantonalbank remain reserved.

Exclusion of liability

Zürcher Kantonalbank exercises customary due care in creating information published on the ZKB websites. Nonetheless, Zürcher Kantonalbank does not accept any liability, in particular for the up-to-dateness, correctness, accuracy or completeness  of all the information on the ZKB websites.
