By registering for an event, you accept these participation terms and conditions. Furthermore, the general legal notices and conditions of Zürcher Kantonalbank.

1. Use of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes

Provided personal data (e.g., name, date of birth, address, phone, email) may be used for marketing purposes. In particular, you agree to receive personalized advertising and offers for products and services. The privacy policy of Zürcher Kantonalbank (available at https://www.zkb.ch/privacy) explains how Zürcher Kantonalbank handles personal data.

You can object to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes at any time by sending a message to events@zkb.ch.

2. Contact by Phone / Email

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you agree that Zürcher Kantonalbank may call you or contact you via unencrypted email. To organize the event, you will receive relevant notifications by email, such as registration and cancellation confirmations, invitations, event reminders, thank-you and/or follow-up messages. These notifications may reveal sender and recipient information as well as personal data and data subject to banking secrecy, which may allow third parties to infer an existing banking relationship. In this context, you release Zürcher Kantonalbank from the obligation to maintain banking secrecy.

3. Photo and Video Recordings at Events

Please note that photo and/or video recordings will be made at the events, and a selection of the material may be used in future publications by Zürcher Kantonalbank or on the internet (e.g., social media). If the photographer takes identifiable photos, your consent will be obtained. If you still wish to opt out of publication, you can inform us via events@zkb.ch, and the recordings will be removed where possible.

4. Insurance Coverage

You acknowledge that insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Participants residing outside Switzerland (excluding their family members/companions) are insured against personal accidents during the event. Participants accept that their personal data (name, date of birth, country of origin) will be forwarded to Zürcher Kantonalbank's insurance broker for insurance purposes in the event of damage.

5. Changes to the Participation Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these participation terms and conditions. The current version can be viewed and read at any time under Participation Terms and Conditions. The amended participation terms and conditions take effect upon their publication.
