How do I add another ZKB Access device in eBanking?
Use ZKB Access with multiple devices to avoid relying on a single device. Up to four devices are allowed per eBanking contract. These can include smartphones, tablets or readers.
Transfer activiation from another smartphone
Advantage
With this method, you do not need a physical activation letter.
Requirement
You still have your old device with the activated ZKB Access App.
Procedure
- Log in to eBanking on your computer.
- Click on "Services" in the white menu bar at the top.
- Click on "Manage ZKB Access App."
- Click on "Add Device."
- Select "Smartphone (ZKB Access App)" and click "Next."
- Now select "Transfer activation from a smartphone" and follow the process.
Activation with physical activation letter
Requirement
You still have your physical activation letter with the ZKB Access activation graphic.
Procedure
- Log in to eBanking on your computer.
- Click on "Services" in the white menu bar at the top.
- Click on "Manage ZKB Access App."
- Click on "Add Device."
- Select the type of device you want to activate and then click "Next."
- Now select "Activate with activation letter" and follow the process.
