How do I activate a new smartphone or tablet?
The access to eBanking is only possible with an activated authentication method, such as a smartphone, tablet, or card reader.
Requirement
To add a new ZKB Access device, you will need your old device with the activated ZKB Access App or the valid ZKB Access activation letter. If you no longer have this letter, you can order a new one directly during the processes outlined below or by contacting our support team by phone.
Access still possible with the old device
If access to eBanking with the old device is still possible, you can find instructions here on how to activate an additional device.
Access no longer possible with the old device
- Start the login process in eBanking using your username and password.
- In the next step, you will see the Access graphic. Click on "Activate device" in the top right corner of the "ZKB Access not activated?" section. Then follow the process.
