«Green Star» designation for Swisscanto real estate investment products

All three Swisscanto real estate investment products managed by Zürcher Kantonalbank have received the «Green Star» designation in GRESB's annual ESG assessment. This applies in each case to the existing portfolio and - where available - also to construction projects.

GRESB is a global ESG benchmark for financial markets, which specifically assesses and compares the sustainability performance of indirect real estate investments. The investment group Swisscanto IF Real Estate Responsible Switzerland and the real estate fund Swisscanto (CH) Real Estate Fund Responsible IFCA achieved a very good 4-star rating for the portfolio with a score of 80 (out of 100) each. The Swisscanto (CH) Responsible Swiss Commercial real estate fund achieved a good 3-star rating with a score of 73. The construction projects were also awarded with a 3-star rating.
